Native Bred, Grass-Fed Oxfordshire Beef

To place your order, call Tina on 07711 810354, email beef@stanfordpark.co.uk or fill out the form below.

At Stanford Park Farm, we strive to produce absolute top quality native bred beef. Our heritage pedigree suckler herd is grass fed on traditional Oxfordshire pasture and dry hung on the bone for 28 days to intensify flavour and texture. Our beef has plenty of internal marbling which melts away once cooked – resulting in a tremendous eating experience.

“The Beef boxes from Stanford Park Farm are simply the best quality beef we, as a family have had… The meat is full of flavour, steaks juicy and tender and it’s a bonus to know exactly where it comes from at such a good price. It’s also a bonus to be able to pick and choose what to add to our box, depending on what suits that week or month and know we have the best quality meat in the freezer”.

Steaks

Sirloin

£30.00 / kg

Sits just above the fillet. A good balance of flavour and tenderness.

D-Rump

£20.00 / kg

The inner most muscles of the hardworking rump. Lots of flavour and a bit of chew.

Onglet

£15.00 / kg

Also known as ‘hanger steak’ barrel shaped muscle running along the spine, tasty for Chargrilling served medium rare, it really is unbeatable for long braising.

Fillet

£40.00 / kg

The laziest muscle on the beast = the most tender steak

Rib-eye

£35.00 / kg

The ‘inner eye’ of the flavoursome rib muscles

Bone-in-Prime Rib

Both rib steaks contain a seam of fat that bastes the meat as it cooks

Chateaubriand

Pre-order only

The thick end of the wedge-shaped fillet; fibres are open and the steak super soft. Lean with plenty of flavour.

The laziest muscle on the beast = the most tender steak

Roasting Joints

Topside

£16.00 / kg

A traditionally British roasting joint taken from the hind of the carcass. Leaner than most, the topside is best when cooked quick and hot and served rare.

Fore Rib on the Bone

£20.00 / kg

Upper part of the back. Makes a great roasting joint, due to the layer of fat that bastes the meat in the oven. Best cooked on the bone, but can be boned and rolled.

Rolled Brisket

£14.00 / kg

From the lower shoulder, this cut is good for pot roasting, braising and pies. Well wrapped in fat, adding flavour, and the classic cut for salting.

Every Day Beef

8oz Prime Steak Burgers

£2.00 / each

6 x Prime Beef Sausages

£5.00 / pack

Minced Steak

£10.00 / kg

Flat Iron Steak

£15.00 / kg

Stir fry, braise, fry or stew.

Diced Steak

£13.00 / kg

Short Ribs

£8.50 / kg

These cuts are very popular in the USA and becoming better known in the UK. Braise for tasty big ribs.

“If you are a meat eater like I & my family are, then look no further for your beef. Straight from the farm gate we have enjoyed Stanford Park’s well hung Rib of Beef, Sirloin and mince. All great for family occasions with the meat well marbled and delicious served hot or cold. The Sirloins, cut thickly work as a great barbecue dish, served Spanish style: rare, sliced with sea salt.

This is meat that one expects from a top-class breeder, with the right balance of fat. Of course it is all down to the cook to do their bit, but to be good you need great ingredients. This is great stuff.

Enjoy”.
